Shipping

The cost for shipping is $15 for a single item. Your orders are shipped 1-3 days after placed. We use Fastways or Australia Post.

Due to the delicate nature of our items, we take extreme care to pack them properly. If a piece is delivered broken, please contact us within 24 hours, so we can organise a replacement.

We currently ship Australia wide. For international shipping, please contact us. 

Please make sure you enter your delivery address correctly at the check out. We will not take any responsibility for your mistakes. 

Refunds/Exchanges

Refunds or exchanges are judged case by case. If as product is faulty for some reason, a refund or exchange will be offered.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Product Colours

All of our products are photographed with as much accuracy as possible. Due to the vibrancy and glazing nature of each piece, there will be slight variations. This is the appeal of being 'handmade.'
